INSOMNIA at Roxy Woodstock — what to know before 31 October

INSOMNIA is Entendre’s night at Roxy Woodstock in Cape Town on 31 October. Doors run from late afternoon into the early hours. The room is built for a long night: dark, loud, and easy to move through once you have a ticket.

Tickets are R200 for general admission in this phase. You buy on entendre.site. Checkout is Tick3t on RedFace Pay, not a screenshot of an EFT. After you pay, a real ticket with a QR code is emailed to you. That QR is what the door scans. A name on a list is not enough.

Roxy Woodstock sits in Woodstock, a short hop from the CBD and the N2. Arrive with time to park or to walk from a ride. Bring the email or the ticket page on your phone. Brightness up at the door helps the scan.

Complimentary guest tickets exist for press and partners. Those are still real QR tickets. They are accounted on the event so capacity stays honest. If someone promised you a comp, it should already be in your inbox as an Entendre ticket, not a WhatsApp screenshot.

The lineup and rooms can shift as the night is locked. What does not shift is the payment path: Entendre site, Tick3t checkout, QR in email. If a stranger DMs you a “cheaper ticket,” ignore it. Buy on the site.

If you are coming with a crew, buy together so quantity matches the people at the door. One person can check out for several tickets; each code is still a seat.
